About MBS Land Surveys
Michael B. Stanton, PLS (Professional Land Surveyor)Mike has worked in both the public and private sectors for more than 25 years. He has acted as a private consultant for landowners, developers and real estate professionals regarding boundary disputes, legal parcel determination and other survey related matters. In March of 2005, Mike created a full time surveying business, MBS Land Surveys, serving primarily local, private clientele. Prior to forming MBS Land Surveys, Mike worked as Director of Surveys for RRM Design Group from 1998-2005 and EDA design professionals from 1987 to 1998.
Mike was also a lead survey technician for the U.S. Forest Service. He performed retracement cadastral surveys and remarked lines in the coastal mountain range within the Los Padres National Forest.

Nick Pasquini, PLS has a Bachelor of Science in Surveying Engineering from Fresno State University. It is an ABET accredited engineering degree. He has over 14 years of experience in Land Surveying in the local area and received his Land Surveyors License in 2000. He has worked for various local firms in the area and ran his own business from 2004 to 2008. Nick’s acts as project manager for large scale GPS projects. He is solely responsible for performing static GPS surveys and post-processing of GPS data. Nick’s areas of expertise are cadstral surveys, boundary surveys and GPS post processing. |
