MBS Land Surveys has a team of expert surveyors with over 100 years of combined experience. Our clients include architects, civil engineers, geotechnical engineers, contractors, public agencies, developers and land owners. Our surveyors have experience on a multitude of projects throughout California, with our current focus on the Central Coast and Northern Santa Barbara County.
The key to our success has been our minimized work-team approach to our projects. Larger firms often have principals, middle managers, field personnel, office CAD drafters and project administrators, all involved with even a simple project. At MBS Land Surveys, our minimized work team approach includes one project manager that handles research, preliminary calculations, field surveys, office calculations, drafting and product delivery. This approach eliminates the necessity for each new team member to familiarize themselves with the project. The cost savings with this minimized work team approach are passed on directly to our clients.
